Goodbye and Thank You

From 1970 to 2025... EGH has had a wonderful, fascinating run of building software applications. We have written hundreds of thousands of lines of code that ran in production customer environments, day after day, year after year, getting things done. With gratitude for our customers and employees across the decades, we are closing our doors on August 15, 2025. Individually, we will be embarking on new adventures. Hello World :)

Notice of Dissolution

Notice is hereby given to the public and all interested parties that Evans Griffiths & Hart, Inc., a corporation, organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, with its principal place of business at 55 Waltham St., Lexington, MA 02421, has been dissolved effective as of August 15, 2025.

All persons with claims against the company are required to present them in writing, stating the nature and amount of the claim, to the following address: 36 Choate Road, Belmont, MA 02478.

Any claims not presented within three (3) years from the date of this notice may be barred.
